Warranty Coverage and Terms

Limited Warranty Details

Paktaş Platform guarantees that every new machine it produces is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. Defective parts covered under warranty will be replaced or repaired free of charge with the approval of the Paktaş Platform Maintenance Department.

Periodic Maintenance Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a contract, periodic maintenance is the responsibility of the customer. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from periodic maintenance not performed on time and correctly by an authorized person.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • External Components: Parts supplied by external suppliers such as the engine, tires, battery, etc., are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Changes made without the written approval of our engineering department will void the warranty.
  • User Error: Exceeding capacity (misuse), improper maintenance, accidents, and operations contrary to the manual are not covered by the warranty.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on parts caused by oils, filters, chemical contact, and the operating environment is not covered under warranty.

International and Other Conditions

For service requests outside of Turkey, only a material warranty is provided; travel, accommodation, and other expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. In case of warranty claims, we must be informed within 48 hours.

Ensuring that occupational health and safety (OHS) conditions are met during any interventions carried out at your facilities is the responsibility of the customer.
